1 Round, at your own pace.  Push yourself but don’t compromise form or range of motion.  This is a good challenge so dig deep, get it done and then pat yourself on the back knowing you worked harder than any of your friends today.

Today’s Surf n’ Turf Boot Camp is a little bit different than the standard reps at a station and then move on.  It’s a good one and will definitely be a challenge.
