Performance360 is not a facility that coddles you with comfort.  We’re not one of those places that hides poor training behind $5,000 treadmills and HD TVs.  What we might lack in cozy aesthetics we more than make up for in positivity, results and a motivational environment where you’ll genuinely look forward to training.

That said, we have a few things we proud of that we think you’ll appreciate.

• Our 2,500 square foot facility has 30 foot vaulted ceilings and is lined with custom, American-made equipment.
• We sit directly on the water in Mission Bay.  While you’re pushing yourself to physical limit you’ll at least be doing so with ocean views.
• We offer two-acres of private outdoor field area, which comes in handy for on-site boot camps and sport-performance application for our professional athletes.
• Full bathroom, showers and changing areas if needed.
