Fact of the Day: Cleans work as many muscle groups as any exercise available, over twelve of them, so they are an incredible exercise for accomplishing any goal.  You’ll get an unbelievably high caloric burn if you do them for high reps, and if you choose to go heavier and decrease the reps then you’re strength gains will be very noticeable.  They are also excellent for developing your core and posture.

Hope you guys had a great weekend and were able to enjoy the rare June sunny Saturday.  Caught the tale end of the US Open yesterday and that McIlroy kid was a killer!  Props to Northern Ireland for taking back to back Opens.

As a reminder for all members who come between the hours of 9 -4, the Kid’s Camp is on again this week and it’s supposed to be a bit busier .  We’ll do our best to find everyone parking but if you live in the neighborhood and can bike, it might be a good idea.
