**SATURDAY BOOT CAMP**

Before we get to today’s workouts, we are not open tomorrow as we need all hands on deck to work a lacrosse tournament. We’re honored enough to be asked by Adrenaline Lacrosse to handle the pre-game warm ups for all 420 of their athletes on Saturday so we’ll need everyone!

That said, we will have sign-ups for the usual 9:30 boot camp and we’ll list the workout tomorrow.  You guys are highly encouraged to show up and complete it as a group on your own!  Don’t let the fact that Pritz, Meg and I not being there stop you all from getting some training in.

November 9th, 2011

Good morning, sirs and madams.  Hope everyone is having a solid week so far.  We have another challenge type workout for you in the indoor classes that’s short and timed. Outdoor challenge is a solid circuit-based alternative.

Today’s Daily Challenge: Haste

There is no order or set requirements for this workout.  You can break it up however you want.  If you want to do 5 pull-ups and then 20 sit-ups the whole time, or if you want to do 10 pull-ups, 10 sit-ups or mix it up each time.  It’s totally up to you and your strengths and weaknesses.

You get 1 point for every sit-up and 2 points for every pull-up (4 for full bodyweight, unassisted).  We’ll have  a tally system in place for easy tracking.

Today’s Outdoor Challenge is in traditional superset format.

Enjoy!
