“The 600″
Tuesday’s workout is The 600 for both Indoor and Outdoor Challenge.
As a heads up, we’re going to be asking for lower range of motion on all push-ups moving forward, but especially on workouts that we time and track. Chest is required to tap the floor on all reps so make sure you get down there! Ladies, it might mean you have to go modified if you’re used to doing “okay” full push-ups but in the end, it’s about the range of motion and you’ll get much more benefit out of going lower.

Good morning, guys. Hope that everyone had a great weekend leading up to what is hopefully a shortened holiday week for most folks. Make sure to be on the look out for the newsletter later today that will detail all of the Thanksgiving fun we have going on.
Since we are on a shortened week at the gym we’ll be giving you guys the choice of a lot of things in the workouts each day. You’ll see below you can choose between squats and deadlifts for the first superset.
