Principle of Specificity
Our athletes train for competition on the playing field and everything they do in Performance360 gears them for that. Plain and simple. We train athletic movements not individual muscles, teaching the body to work as a harmonious unit rather than a bunch of collective parts fighting against each others deficiencies.
It would be careless to list the physical attributes to which each athlete would improve since every athlete that walks through our doors is uniquely different. Varying factors contribute to the direction we take with each athlete and our logical order of progression that leads us to create programming is as follows.

We are athletes and we train athletes, plain and simple. It’s what we know and what we’re good at. While we have unwavering confidence that we can improve any athlete, Performance360 has fallen into a few core competencies for our small Mission Beach gym.
