We are also thinking about adding/moving the current morning boot camp since we have had a lot of requests.  So, just like yoga let’s make sure we’re doing this right.  Would you guys be more inclined to come to the following boot camp times.

Today’s workout is another partner workout where you’ll be paired up with someone and rotate reps.  You will add up your total and when you hit the total number required you’ll move onto the next station.
