Notes:

  • Front Squats: Keep your core rock solid and your elbows up at all times.
  • Farmer’s Walks: Deep set grip into the palms, not the fingers.

 

FL/Conditioning: 30 minutes

20 Pushups500m Weighted Run

Notes:

  • Goblet Complex: 1 Front Squat + 1 Reverse Lunge (R) + 1 Reverse Lunge (L)
  • Pushups: Focus on squeezing the glutes, locking the knees out and moving your body as one single unit.  This is essentially a moving plank.
  • 500m Weighted Run: Just a single light DB.  Hold how you wish.
